Have you noticed the bright art popping up all over downtown Bethel? We suspect there may be more than one guerrilla artist loose in town, but The Arnold Block did some careful sleuthing and identified one. Big thanks to Ellie Prestridge for bringing color to Main Street and smiles to our faces.
