Pop-Up Mixer / Market

Summer Wednesdays at the Bethel Bandshell, 6 PM - 8ish
with the Bethel Council on the Arts summer concert series

The Bethel Farmers’ Market is taking the year off, so we’re popping up this free, flexible weekly community event instead! Read below for more info and how to get involved or participate.

We pop up the tents, tables, lawn games, and chairs. You pop up market booths, activities, info stations, social time, potluck treats, and more.

We’re experimenting with this free, fun weekly event to help build community, offer people an easy way to sell or share things they grow or make, let people have fun and connect.

Want to mix and mingle?

Great! Just come between 6-7 to explore the booths, connect with other community members, bring a picnic dinner, play lawn games, have fun. No need to sign up. All are welcome.

Want to have a booth or reserve a space?

We welcome anyone who wants to sell or give things away, have an info booth, do an activity, or something else. You can set up once or all summer!

  • RSVP if you can! If you’re planning to come, RSVP if possible so we can plan and publicize what you’re bringing.

  • Reserve a table/tent if you need it. We have limited equipment each week (four pop-up tents and tables, chairs, signs, and the trailer with a service window). If you need to use any of these, please sign up early.

  • Just come if you like! If you have your own table or tent, or don’t need one, just come!

Want to offer something else?

Lead a hike or trail run? Art activity or community conversation? Scavenger hunt or photo booth? Get creative! Any of these are great. RSVP if possible so we can tell folks what will be there each week.
