Want to grab an extra $5 in holiday spending money at our downtown businesses? We’re cooking up a special way to thank you this holiday season and support our businesses at the same time…. “Bethel Bucks!”

We want to thank everyone for participating in Bethel’s downtown Friday Night Lights holiday event, for supporting our local businesses, and for volunteering and making Bethel great. Pick up a Bethel Bucks punch card, get your card punched for activities and purchases made December 9-18, and turn it in for $5 to spend…. and a bonus raffle entry!

How it Works

1. Get your free Bethel Bucks punch card. Cards are available at: Bright Ideas Open House, Project Happy Holidays, Arnold Block Holiday Market, Town Office, Blossom Block Holiday Market, Cockadoodle Pizza, HailBrook’s Broken Stove Bakery, Bethel Village Sandwich Shop, and Day Breaks Glass Studio.

2. Get five punches from December 9-11. Participating stops and businesses will punch your card for each purchase you make or activity you do. See below for an updated list.

3. Trade in your card for $5. Exchange it for a $5 “Bethel Bucks” token (80 available) at: Bright Ideas Open House (12/9, 4-7 PM), Arnold Block Holiday Market (12/10 - 12/11, 10 AM - 7 PM), Town Office (12/12 - 12/16), or Blossom Block Holiday Market (12/16-12/18).

4. Get a bonus raffle entry! Add your name to your completed card and you’ll be entered to win some amazing prizes including a $100 downtown gift card, handmade quilt, and prizes from downtown businesses. See full prize list below. We’ll draw raffle winners on Sunday, December 18 at 3 PM at the Blossom Block and post winners here.

5. Spend your $5 token downtown by December 18. Use your token to pay for a purchase at participating downtown businesses. Spend it all at once… businesses will not give change.
