Bandshell Common
The Bandshell Common is a village park with a bandshell, summer concerts, farmer’s market, fountain, Tri-Valley Transit stop, little free library, Bethel Food Shelf access. A water faucet and porta potties are available in the summer. The Bandshell is the site of the original Bethel Meeting House by 1816. It was the location of Whitcomb High School from 1904 until the school burned in 1970. The central sunken garden and stone wall are the foundation of the school.

Accessibility: There are accessible parking spaces at the entrance to the bandshell and the bandshell itself has a ramp. The upper level of the site is mostly flat.
Hours and Seasons: Dawn til dusk, all seasons. The driveway and parking lot are not plowed in winter; park at the school or Recreation Center and walk over. Contact the school about reserving fields or joining teams.
