Mixed use housing development. Zoning changes. Economic development coordinators or marketing programs. Community grant and loan programs. There are many ideas on the table, and now it’s time to make a plan. We’re entering the final phase of the Bethel for All planning process and need your input!
Join economic development consultant Tripp Muldrow of Arnett Muldrow & Associates to hear top recommendations from Bethel’s market study and share your input on priority ideas for revitalizing our village center and local economy.

We need diverse voices at the table!
As we consider and prioritize project ideas, we need diverse people and voices at the table. With help from a state grant, we can offer $50 stipends per meeting attended for any community members who identify as BIPOC, refugees and English language learners, LGBTQ+, people who are unhoused, people living with disabilities, and people who have low incomes.
If you identify with one or more of those groups and would like to receive a stipend for joining this meeting (or others), you can confidentially reach out to Sarah Wraight at Two River-Ottauquechee Regional Commission. Email swraight@trorc.org or call 802-457-3188 x3007.
